Human Resources at Say Yes Buffalo operates as a partner to everyone within the organization. HR will assist anyone on the team with what they need.

What are some examples of the way that HR assists the Say Yes Buffalo Team?

Members of the HR/Office Team will provide career counseling, review resumes, research salary information, view and develop job descriptions, help to forecast hiring needs, deliver specific trainings, etc. Whatever is needed related to the employee’s experience, the HR/Office Team will provide support or information.

How does Office Management at Say Yes Buffalo work?

Office Management functions very much like HR in that we serve as a partner to all within the
organization. Our Office and Training Manager is responsible for the ordering and management of all the office supplies. This means anything office-related is under his portfolio of work.

Who provides training at Say Yes Buffalo?

There are several types of training within the organization, but training on SYB technology, policies and procedures is delivered by the HR/Office Team. Our Office and Training Manager takes the lead on most of the trainings. In addition, the HR/Office Team provides New Hire Orientation twice per month.
