Dan has worked with young people and families for over 20 years, and has been with Say Yes Buffalo in various roles since 2013. Along the way, Dan has built his skillset in data, evaluation, and quality improvement.

What draws you to work at Say Yes?

Say Yes is incredibly mission-driven and results-based. It means a lot knowing my efforts are driving positive changes for so many individuals, while driving systemic changes locally.
