If you are one of our employer partners we thank you for your work and willingness to provide  a meaningful internship opportunity to our scholars. Here’s what you can expect as an employer partner with the Say Yes Buffalo Internship and Career Pathways Program

We will invite you to meet with our Internship and Career Pathway Program Supervisor and our Business Partnerships Manager virtually or in- person. During this meeting we will give an in-depth overview of the program and provide you with our internship posting template.

The Internship and Career Pathways Program team will review potential applicants’ application materials to not only vet scholars but to make sure you are reviewing our scholars at their best. Once your posting closes, we kindly ask that you let us know which candidates you interview and hire.

Once you have hired scholars we will conduct employer check-ins to make sure we have provided adequate support throughout the summer.
