Paid Internship Program

Say Yes Buffalo, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, area businesses and local colleges and universities have partnered to create a paid internship program specifically for Say Yes Buffalo Scholars.

Eligibility:

 

To be eligible for a Say Yes internship opportunity you must:

  1. Be a Say Yes Buffalo Scholar. Learn about eligibility here.
  2. Have developed a professional resume and cover letter and worked with staff in your college’s internship or career services office to gather expert feedback and guidance to polish both (Click here to find contact information for your college’s career center)
  3. Choose the internship opportunities in which you have interest. Positions are limited – we encourage you to apply for multiple internship opportunities.

Want to apply but need help with transportation?

If you are awarded a paid internship and need help traveling to/from the work site Say Yes will provide you with bus/train tokens for the duration of your internship.


How to apply:

Email your resume and cover letter to buffalointernships@sayyestoeducation.org, with the position (s) for which you would like to apply in the email’s subject line.

If you apply for a Say Yes Internship Program opportunity, you are agreeing to have Say Yes Buffalo forward your application materials (e.g. your resume) to both the organization to which you are applying as well as your college career center.  You are agreeing that your college career center has permission to follow up with you to help assist you in the application/interviewing process.
